CONVENTION
The FCMA Convention will be the talk of the town. This highly anticipated event will include educational breakout sessions and networking opportunities. Come share your experiences and your love of the game with your FMCA peers.
Advocacy
We use our platform to give a voice to minority coaches. We advocate for issues that distinctly affect our members at every level of the game.
Recruitment
We will provide recruitment Mega Camps and recruiting fairs for coaches who want to help their kids obtain scholarships. This is a staple of what we want to do every year to help young student athletes and coaches.
Education
Education is the greatest benefit that we can provide our members. Well educated coaches are confident and empowered to take on bigger, more demanding and higher paying opportunities.
