To foster the growth and development of ethnic minorities in the state of Florida coaching ranks.
Theme:
To promote and improve professional growth as a coach and in a personal aspect. To assist with the
helping high school coaches with the recruiting process with college coaches.

9:00 AM – Recruiting for High School Coaches and the Transfer Portal – Keiwan Ratliff (FSU)
9:40 AM: Topic “How do I become a college coach?” – Joker Phillips (NC State University WR Coach)
10:20 AM: The importance of supporting HBCU’s – Willie Simmons (FAMU) and Toriano Morgan (Edward Waters University)
11:00 AM – Billy Napier (University of Florida)
11:30 AM – Willie Taggart (Florida Atlantic University)
